This Ramblers Walking Environment Introduction Day will be taking place in Pensilva in East Cornwall. The day is a practical introduction to rights of way and access with sessions taking place both indoors and out with a walk in the afternoon giving you the opportunity to discuss and put into practice some of the ideas that you have gained in the morning.

The training is aimed at anyone who is new to a Walking Environment Role, or indeed is thinking of taking on a role. The day will focus on the basics of Rights of Way and Access law and its practical implications regardless of whether you are looking after the paths in an entire Area or just a few paths with in your local community. It is also a perfect opportunity to meet others who undertake a similar role and share experiences.
