This form should be used to submit a notice of motion to General Council and/or notice of amendment to the Memorandum & Articles of Association or Standing Orders. The Secretary of the Area/affiliated national organisation must submit this form.
Motions proposing to alter the Memorandum & Articles of Association should arrive at Central Office (preferably via this web form) no later than Saturday 19th February 2011.
All other motions should arrive at Central office (preferably via this web form) no later than Saturday 5th March 2011.
All motions should be accompanied by background notes.
Please note that time at General Council is limited - Areas are encouraged to submit issues directly to the Board of Trustees, as an alternative to submitting motions to General Council.
Not more than ONE motion can be submitted by Areas/affiliated national organisations unless it is an amendment to the Memorandum & Articles of Association or Standing Orders.
