Ordnance Survey free data consultationThe Department of Communities and Local Government (CLG) is consulting on policy options for geographic information from Ordnance Survey, including government proposals to make maps such as Explorer and Street View free for use and re-use. Comments are invited on our draft response to this consultation by 8 March 2010 (Consultation / action request - posted 16 February 2010).

Led Walks Incident Analysis and Case StudyThe vast majority of Ramblers walks occur without incident. Occasionally, incidents do occur. Reported incidents have been analysed (Oct 08-Sept 09).
