Timetable for CRM improvements
After many months of frustration with our CRM system, it is now working much better. The latest improvement has been the new-style monthly reports for membership secretaries, issued in December, with improved information and accurate data on membership levels.
These have been well received by the majority of membership secretaries.
We know there are still problems and issues to sort out. With our limited resources, our technical staff are working to a strict priority order for this work. At http://www.ramblers.org.uk/Volunteer/AreaGroup/Resources/CRM+System we provide a list of what has been achieved over the past few months, and what is planned in the next few months. We hope this will help volunteers with knowing what issues will be addressed, and when.
