The Ramblers Big Volunteer Survey 2012

In 2010 we sent round the Ramblers Big Volunteer Survey to find out what you thought was good about volunteering for the Ramblers and what was not so good. The result was the survey feedback document,'Ramblers Volunteer Survey - Creating a Baseline for Volunteer Satisfaction for Volunteers in the Ramblers,' published on the 6th July 2010 on the volunteer news pages. The survey helped to guide us in providing relevant support and development to Ramblers volunteers over 2010 and in the future.

To ensure that this work is relevant and still meeting the needs of Ramblers Volunteers we have been running the survey every year, the results of the 2011 survey can be found in the volunteer news section. The survey is also an opportunity to gather volunteer views on the support Central Office can offer and how we can use our resources most effectively. Most importantly the survey gives you a direct opportunity to let us know what you think and direct what we do over next year and further into the future.
