Volunteer Training

For information: New training dates for walking environment training have now been announced.
Over 2011/12 the Ramblers will be running a number of training courses aimed at those who volunteer for the Ramblers. The training is organised into three categories:
• Induction – These courses are aimed at giving volunteers a basic knowledge of Rights of Way and Access Law.
• Intermediate – These days are for anybody who has undergone the induction day or has a good understanding of the basics of Rights of Way law and would like to extend their knowledge.
• Specialist – This training is for Walking Environment Volunteers who have a specialist area of interest in their volunteer role such as practical path work.
