Ramblers Volunteer Training 2011/12

Over 2011/12 the Ramblers will be running a number of training courses aimed at those who volunteer for the Ramblers. Some of the courses are also available to members and those working with similar organisations, where this is the case this is marked *. The training is organised into three categories:

• Induction – These courses are aimed at giving volunteers a basic knowledge of Rights of Way and Access Law.

• Intermediate – These days are for anybody who has undergone the induction day or has a good understanding of the basics of Rights of Way law and would like to extend their knowledge.

• Specialist – This training is for Walking Environment Volunteers who have a specialist area of interest in their volunteer role such as practical path work.

Over the year the Ramblers will be running number different courses of varying levels. These are outlined below please click on the link to find out more or to sign up.

Courses are free for all Ramblers members to attend and all Ramblers Volunteers will also have their out of pocket expenses reimbursed as well.
