Ramblers-Webs is a new initiative that has been set up by a small group of Ramblers volunteers working with Central Office to support Group and Area websites.
We have a web host account that allows us to host websites at a reasonable cost, covered by Ramblers Central Office. The account is run by Ramblers volunteers, claiming the costs back from Central Office, with a small group of volunteers acting as overall Administrators.
Each website is edited by at least one person (known as a Webmaster) who can have whatever access they require to their domain.
As well as hosting a website for you, Ramblers-Webs can also install content management software such as Joomla to allow you to have a professional looking site in no time. For more information visit Ramblers-Webs
