Membership Assistant
London, Vauxhall SE1
£19,388 per annum - temporary contract 6 months

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in:
• a busy customer services environment, demonstrating excellent customer focused telephone and written communication skills
• handling potentially difficult enquiries with tact and diplomacy
• database management
• numeracy skills and general office procedures with a methodical and organised approach
