We're a member of the Fundraising Standards Board so you can give with confidence. We're committed to the highest standards of fundraising and follow the Institute of Fundraising’s Codes of Fundraising Practice.

We recognise that there may be occasions when we don’t get it right so please get in touch if you have a complaint about our fundraising activities.

Your complaint will be investigated and we'll send a response within 14 days. We'd hope to provide a full explanation at this point unless further investigation is required. We aim to give a full response to all complaints within 30 days.

We're committed to the Fundraising Promise. If you feel we've broken this promise and haven't answered your complaint, you can contact the FRSB to take the matter further.
