A brisk and demanding circular walk of about 22 miles, exploring a peaceful and secluded area of the South Downs. Heading westwards along the South Downs Way via Bignor Hill, Sutton Down and Graffham Down, before turning south to East Dean (West Sussex) for lunch at the Star & Garter pub.
Returning along the Monarch’s Way via Selhurst Park, Stone Street (Roman road) and Houghton Forest.
