Then on to Catford for lunch at the Catford Constitutional Club at walk's end for those who fancy. A riverside walk and cycle route through a thousand years of history.

Meet CHALFONT & LATIMER station, Bucks, 9.13 (Marylebone 8.42). An attractive and varied linear walk of about 17 miles to Chorleywood. Partly along the Chess Valley Walk, the route takes in Latimer, Sarratt, Flaunden, Ley Hill (lunch at the Swan) and Chenies (beautiful village with Tudor manor). Use an Oyster card or Travelcard for Zones 1 - 8.
