A moderately graded but leisurely paced, 4.9 mile walk starting from the free car park at Coed Llangwyfan. We will make our way along the bridleway through the forest before joining the Clwydian Way to take us along the hillside through Coed Nant Simon and over the stream and eventually join the Offa’s Dyke Path to take us up to the ancient burial mound and hillfort on Penycloddiau. After taking in the view, we will make our way back down to the car park for an optional lunch at the Cherry Pie in Melin y Wern for anyone interested.

This is a new route, following a recently created section of the Anglesey coast path to Fedw Fawr. On the way, we will visit the beach near Tan Dinas quarry, on a recently diverted footpath. We'll return via older paths and Bwrdd Arthur hill fort.
