Owain Glyndŵr is remembered as the last native Welshman to hold the title Prince of Wales. As one of Wales' most iconic legends it's fitting that he represents our most challenging route. Plan ahead for this challenge as you too might need to find the hero from within. The landscape is one to behold and worthy of any prince or princess.


Can I bring a dog?

Yes you can, but please keep your dog under control at all times. Please be mindful that the route includes numerous stiles, which your dog may need help getting over.


Do I need to be able to read a map?

You'll need to navigate around the route using a map. The route will also be signposted and marshalled.

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll received a full information pack on sign up. Packing your rucksack with food and drink, appropriate clothing and a personal first aid kit would be a good start. Don't forget your walking boots too.

Where can I stay locally?

There is plenty of accommodation locally, and on sign up you will have access to a whole range of discounts including accommodation and attractions.

Is there dog friendly accommodation?
