A linear walk from Knockholt station (Zone 6 – train 09.16 from Charing Cross, 09.23 from London Bridge, but check) to Otford, Kent via Castle Lavender Farm and the Darent Valley. Undulations and some stiles. Lunch or picnic at café at the visitors centre.

A linear walk along part of the London Loop to Trent Country Park, then a walk around some of the park, finishing at Oakwood station (Piccadilly Line) Bus 307 goes from Oakwood back to High Barnet for those who wish. Easy terrain but maybe muddy. Toilets and possible cafe stop in Trent Park, but bring picnic.

Walk will be at a moderate pace, over bridleways, field paths with some road walking, may be muddy in parts.
