We start in the ancient village of Newnham through woodland to Eastling passing farmland to Stalisfield Green where we stop for lunch in the 15thC pub, The Plough, or picnic on the green. In the afternoon we walk by Otterden Place through woodland and farmland to the village of Doddington and back to Newnham.

From the 'well-beloved' car park (& the Blacksmith's Arms) the walk is South to Horns Green via woods and somewhat overgrown paths, then to Knockholt & back to start past Cacket's Farm.One steep hill, a few stiles - only downside is opening stretch of nearly 1/2 mile down a road.

A figure of 8 walk on the Wye Downs and Stour valley. AM we take the NDW up onto Wye Downs then back to Wye via Cold Blow. PM we go in the opposite direction via Boughton Lees, Wilmington Farm and Browning Bridge. Lunch at the Tickled Trout in Wye or picnic on the green.

A complete circuit of Bough Beech Reservoir although the reservoir is only rarely glimpsed. We start in a clockwise direction walking to Ide Hill then Bore Place with lunch at The Wheatsheaf in Bough Beech or picnic nearby. We return afterwards by Cooper's Corner and Henden Manor. Quiet countryside with woods and fields that is fairly flat apart from steepish hills at the start and end of the walk.
