A circular walk via Henden Manor and Froghole, stopping at Chartwell for lunch. Shorter afternoon. Note - some road walking and hills (which we will take slowly), but we should be rewarded with some good views.

An opportunity to work up an appetite before our annual Christmas Dinner. Although very close to home we will be using some lesser known paths and exploring the Selsdon Wood Nature Reserve and hopefully being provided with mid-walk refreshments by Santa Claus and his team of elves.

We go through the village, then pass close to Eagle Heights, drop down to Lullingstone Visitor centre and return along the Darent Valley.

We cross the railway line and follow the path along White Hill to Shoreham. Then climb the Millennium Path to the terrace. We descend to Water Lane and return across the golf course.

Another year has flown by, but with an early start we can take the walk at a more moderate pace. One of my favourites based on the Cudham Circular, with a picnic lunch/drink at Cudham. A couple of hills to make up for the Christmas excesses.

Shoreham to Romney Street to Shoreham.There are several steep sections to the path which are ideal forwalking off too much Xmas pud and mince pies!Lunch can be had at the end of the walk in and around Shoreham.
