This is a linear walk
Through St Annes Woods, Nightingale Valley and Arnos Vale.
This is a celebration of the long drawn court case in the 19thC which established the path to the ferry as a right of way, and the more recent, eventually successful, attempt to have it recorded on the Definitive Map on the basis of historic evidence (maugre the Council’s legalistic teeth).
