Meet Warmley Station car park
This Sunday's walk is based on the Bruce Friendship trail (twinned with the Bruce trail in Ontario, Canada) which uses parts of the Cotswold way.It is a spectacular walk through peaceful woodland tracks onto windswept hillsides with breath-taking views and includes Cromwell's stone (stone monument dedicated to the lifting of the siege of Gloucester during the Civil War of 1643-1645). The walk ends at the start point after taking in the topograph setting out the surrounding countryside in relief.
