Strenuous 16 miles / 25.7 km
In June this year a new long distance walk was launched in Buxton: a 190 mile route around the boundaries of the Peak District National Park. Seeing as it's on our doorstep I thought it'd be rude not to give it a go: or at least those parts accessible by public transport. We start at Chapel en le frith and head East to pick up the trail at Middle Barford heading East to Peak Forest before swinging back through some of the stunning limestone dales to Buxton.
