Start: 14.00 Regents Park station (Zone 1, Bakerloo Line).
Finish: Kings Cross station (Zone 1, lots of lines).
A walk of just under four miles through Regent's Park and along the Regent's Canal to finish with tea at the cafe in Kings Place arts centre near Kings Cross. A few steps but no hills. Prices at Kings Place are similar to high street chains (hot drinks from £1.80) and there is plenty of seating inside on comfortable chairs or outdoors on the canalside.
