Moderate 9 miles / 14.5 km
A circular walk starting at the Lay-by, Cheltenham Road, Bisley. The walk heads south from Bisley to Chalford Hill and passes through Chalford village and Rack Hill down to the Thames and Severn Canal and the adjacent River Frome. We continue to follow the Canal and River path eastward passing Golden Valley Lock, Bakers Mill Lock, Puck Mill Lock and several other locks along to Daneway Bridge. Here, our route heads north to Tunley then turns northwest ward to Waterlane and finally back to Bisley. Bring a picnic lunch and refreshments for the day. Travel Donaation £3.00
