Stairway to Round House birdhide at Anderby Creek. Our group was formed in 1991 and is one of the smaller groups in the county with a membership of around 55 people of all ages. The group area extends from the parish of Friskney in the south to Theddlethorpe All Saints in the north and includes the major towns of Skegness, Mablethorpe and Alford.

Public footpath Huttoft 12.The group organise a regular programme of walks throughout the east Lincolnshire area, including the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB and the coastal area. Most walks tend to be 8 to 11 miles in length with a few shorter 4 to 6 miles.

We are a small friendly group which welcomes newcomers to come along and explore the footpaths and bridleways of the Lincolnshire countryside. Please wear appropriate footware and bring a packed lunch and drink on day walks. Obviously, if people enjoy walking with us, after two or three walks we would expect them to join the Ramblers.

In addition to our walks programme, the goup monitors the condition of the local public footpaths and work to resolve footpath issues for the benefit of the local community and visitors to the area.
