We are the East Yorkshire & Derwent Area Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This memorable walk starts outside St Mary's Church in Broomfleet.
Heading towards Broomfleet Beck we pass Maple Lodge,Grange Farm and Broomfleet House.
It is here we walk along Market Weighton Canal to Weighton Lock.From here we proceed to Outlet Clough, and back to the cars
This walk is flat and will suite all walking abilities.
Dogs are welcome on short leads please.
Walking along hedgerows will ensure plenty of bird song at this time of year, also a chance to experience some species of wader birds.
New walkers are welcome to join the group for a few walks before becoming members. Please make yourself known to the walk leader before we start.
