Overview

We meet at the entrance to Angus Farm.

To get there, take the turning at the sign post marked Huggate in Tibthorpe village. 

Going down Main Street, the road changes to Driffield Road and after a while before Huggate, Angus Farm can be seen on the right.It is here we park the cars on the roadside grass verge. 

Walking for approx 100 yards down Driffield Road, we take the track on the left and walk in Deepdale. Going by Haywold Farm,we walk by Freshlands Farm.Walking down Green Lane,we head to Tibthorpe Wold, Angus Farm and back to the cars

This walk is full of ups and downs and offers a memorable Yorkshire Wolds experience. 

This walk is part of the Chalklands Way

As always new walkers are welcome but please make yourselves known to the walk leaders during the walk.

No cattle were seen during the recce, but dogs on short leads, please.

I have just finished doing the reccy for this walk and some areas are muddy and slippery so make sure your walking boots or shoes have a good grip and advisable to bring walking poles.
