Overview

Meet Queen Street Station, Glasgow in time for the 10.30 a.m. train to Linlithgow.   Return ticket to Linlithgow.   Journey time 30 mins.   Return train to Glasgow every 15 mins.

Walk on canal path and over Avon aqueduct, forest paths/boardwalk and steps which may be muddy/slippy in places.

Toilets at Muiravonside animal farm.

Lunch stop at wee coffee cabin, indoor/outdoor seating and courtyard toilets.

Return to Linlithgow via John Muir Way passing under Avon Viaduct.
