Overview
From Pegsdon walk along the base of the hills to Barton, through the village and up to the Barton Hills nature reserve to Barton Hill Farm. From here, cross the Streatley Road and continue to Lilley Ho, Little Offley and past Wellbury House to cross the Hitchin Road and return to Pegsdon. Two steep ascents, no stiles. Some great panoramic views if the weather permits. Park on Pegsdon Way (avoid blocking driveways) or roadside on road up to gatehouse to Hexton Manior.
