Overview

An introduction to the recently introduced Exmoor Pilgrimage Trail covering 9 churches and chapels. On this walk we climb up to Culbone Stables, a short diversion to the ancient Culbone stone then descend to Culbone church. The Coleridge Way takes us to Oare church and its Lorna Doone association. Stunning scenery, views across to Wales, ancient tracks, open moorland and a chance to learn about these ancient places of worship.
