Overview

Meet 10:30 at Frosts Folly Country Car Park (Explorer 160, SU873726, nearest postcode RG42 6EN). Directions from the Shepherds House PH on A3095 Maidenhead Road: turn into Bowyers Lane, take right fork at Wellers Lane and arrive at the car park.

A circular walk around a stretch of unspoilt, quiet countryside within the parish of Warfield, including Brock Hill, Hogoak Lane, Pendrys Lane and Tickleback Row. Lunch stop at Fernygrove Farm, with food available at the coffee shop or bring your own.

Update: the bluebells are out in all their glory and the DIY drinks stop in the morning is in woodland surrounded by bluebells. Muddy in parts so bring walking poles if you use them.

If you would like to join this walk, please text or call the walk leader by early evening on the day before.
