Protect and maintain our Rights of Way 

As Ramblers we campaign to protect and improve our footpaths. Market Drayton Ramblers have an active Parish Paths Partnership group, covering paths in our local area of both Shropshire and Staffordshire.

The Parish Paths Partnerships Scheme (also known as the P3 scheme) is an initiative to ensure that the rights of way network is properly maintained and well publicised. The main aim is to improve the condition of the local rights of way and keep them open and used properly, and accessible for everyone.   

Weekends away and social events 

We normally have two weekend/midweek breaks each year with organised walks on each of the days. 

There are several social events each year e.g. a barbecue in the summer and a Festive lunch in December\January.
