What we do

Contact details

Who are we?

We are a friendly group with a comprehensive programme of walks - over 300 per year - and with an active social programme. We also work to protect paths and the local countryside.

We monitor planning applications, report on path problems ranging from missing signposts and overgrown paths to paths obstructed by barbed wire or flooding. In conjunction with the County Council, we carry out practical works such as clearing overgrown paths and replacing stiles with kissing gates.

How to contact us

We would be pleased to welcome you on one of our walks and discover first-hand for yourself the benefits of walking and meeting like-minded people. Each walk has an email link to the walk leader.

For more general information please contact a member of the committee.
