An estate based around a 17th century mansion with extensive grounds offering good walks. There are paths to and from nearby Hampton Loade and through the Dingle, a wooded valley, as well as the popular 'Big Pool' walk.

The preserved Severn Valley Railway stops at Hampton Loade where there is a river ferry and a 2.5km/1.5-mile footpath to the house. There is also a bus between Bridgnorth and Kidderminster.
