Across the City of Birmingham from northeast to southwest, through parks and open spaces and alongside rivers and canals, including Sutton Park, Aston Park, the Rea Valley, Bournville and the edge of Lickey Hills. Devised by Fred Willits of Birmingham Ramblers and first publicised in 2000.

Public Transport

Blake Street, Aston, Bourneville, Northfield and Longbridge rail stations are on or near the route with frequent suburban services on the Cross City Line. Regular buses serve many other points, including the end of the route where a bus connects with Selly Oak station, also on the Cross City Line. The route is entirely within the Centro area and various ticket deals are available. See West Midlands regional page for more details.
