Unwaymarked Route: Eastern England/London
Circular via Epping, Hatfield and Hainault Forests

Devised by local Ramblers to commemorate the Queen's Silver Jubilee in 1976, originally as a challenge walk linking three Essex forests, remnants of the great hunting forests of the Area. It also visits the Roding and Stort Valleys.

Public transport
The route is served by London Underground's Central Line at Loughton and some other points, with regular trains to Stratford, Liverpool Street and Central London and numerous local buses, with regular bus services to Chipping Ongar. The section along the Stort Navigation runs parallel to the railway line between Broxbourne and Bishops Stortford with stations at Roydon, Harlow Town, Harlow Mill and Sawbridgeworth. Between these points there are some local buses, especially in the Harlow area.
