Tarka Trail

Two circles from Barnstaple 288km/180 miles

Unusual and massive figure of eight around the Devon countryside in the footsteps of a fictitious otter, including stretches of the coastal path. Rather oddly, the southern circuit is incomplete, with walkers expected to return from Egglesford to Barnstaple by railway.
