A path in Ettington, Warwickshire, which was at risk of being overlooked by developers has been clearly signposted by Stratford Ramblers and the rights of way team at Warwickshire County Council.

The House of Commons Transport Committee has endorsed our recommendation that a public safety test should be used for any path diverted as the result of a level crossing closure and has recommended that the Department for Transport considers this when it reforms level crossing law.

Ramblers Cymru has launched a campaign to make Wales the best country in the world for walking. We’ve already had support from people in Wales and the Welsh Government for our ambition and now we need walkers everywhere to help make it a reality.
