Local authorities are responsible for resolving path problems; the Ramblers lobbies for the fulfillment of this duty. You can help in two simple steps:
1. Use the short form below to tell us about any path problems you've encountered. We'll forward the information to a local volunteer, who will investigate and follow up.
2. Report the problem to the local authority yourself - the more people who report it the quicker it'll get sorted. Simply ask for the Rights of Way Officer at the appropriate local authority (i.e. your county council or unitary authority).
