Ramblers comment on Highland Access Case

Following the announcement that Highland Council has won its land reform case against Mr Graham Tuley in Dingwall Sheriff Court, Helen Todd, Access Campaign Officer of Ramblers Scotland commented:

"We welcome the court's decision in this second result concerning the Land Reform Act in a case dealing with access rights.

We are pleased that the sheriff has demonstrated a good understanding of the legislation and supported the local authority in its position to uphold access rights."
