National parks in Scotland
Cairngorms
The Cairngorms National Park was established in March 2003. Highland Perthshire was excluded from the park boundary and Ramblers Scotland has recently joined forces with other organisations to form PARC - the Perthshire Alliance for the Real Cairngorms - to campaign for the extension of the boundary.
Loch Lomond and the Trossachs
Ramblers Scotland welcomed the creation of Scotland's first national park in July 2002.
