Governance proposals: consultation statement

The Board of Trustees has made several decisions on the proposals for a new governance structure. They believe it’s essential to attract new members and volunteers whilst retaining and encouraging existing ones. The trustees therefore agreed an evolutionary, rather than revolutionary, approach to the changes. They would like to take matters forward by consulting on how the changes would be implemented.
