We are keen to encourage everyone to get to know and enjoy access land in their locality and further affield. Groups are asked to use the Access Land symbol on programmes for walking which take people over access land. Leaders may like to ensure walkers are aware of the status of the land and its depiction on maps. Leaders should also ensure walkers aware of the Countryside Code.
