Local programmes are starting soon!
Walking is one of the easiest ways to get fit -- it's free,
fun, sociable and anyone can do it! Our free Get Walking Keep
Walking programmes in south London can help you build easy,
local walking into your everyday life.
Our programme is for everyone who wants to do more exercise, stay fit and get to know their local area on foot, and is ideal for people who aren't very active at the moment. We also have Little Legs Big Strides programmes especially for families with pre-school children, to help both you and your children enjoy a healthier and less stressed lifestyle.
Get Walking Keep Walking programmes for adults in Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark will start again early in 2008. Watch this space for news.
Meanwhile
two new Little Legs Big Strides programmes for families with
young children are starting in Southwark and Lewisham in October and November
2007. Read more.
