NOTICE OF AGM

This year’s AGM will be held on Saturday 25th October 2025 at the Harvey Memorial Hall, George Green. (TQ 0030 9811, SL3 6BJ, nodded.translated.dollar)
 Parking is available in the small carpark or in nearby roads.  

 The AGM itself will start at around 1.15 pm and finish at approximately 3pm.

There will be two walks before the AGM from the Harvey Memorial Hall, George Green leaving at 10.30am.
 

1-  Leisurely Walk with Joyce: A circular 5 mile walk into Langley Park and across to Black Park, around the lake and back into Langley Park at the Temple Gardens.

2 - Easy Walk with Angela: A circular walk into Langley Park of 3-4 miles. 

  You can, of course, just walk or just attend the AGM but we hope that many of our members will join us for the AGM.

Bring a packed lunch to eat in the hall before the afternoon AGM. Drinks will be provided.

Tea, coffee and cakes will be available afterwards and there will also be the opportunity to look at photos taken during the last 12 months.  We look forward to seeing you there.

Our walking community

We’re a small, friendly group of regular walkers, who share a passion for walking.    

Our group organises around 10 walks each month. Most of our walks are between 4 and 6 miles - a morning’s worth of walking, with the occasional longer hike. We try to vary the days of the week for our walks so that everyone gets a chance to join us.   There are four short walks that we do regularly every month. 

So please come and sample our walks - you can walk two or three times with us before deciding to join the Ramblers – you will be made very welcome.
