Brecon Beacons Trekfest

The aim of this epic trek across the Brecon Beacons in South Wales is simple - complete your chosen distance whilst making the miles count.

Trekking through the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales, you’ll discover breathtaking landscapes, stunning hills and tranquil reservoirs along the way. You’ll also reach the summit of the Brecon Beacons’ highest peak, Pen Y Fan (886m) on both the 25km and 50km routes, where you’ll witness beautiful views stretching as far as the eye can see.

This distinctive flat-topped peak won’t just be the highlight of your adventure – it’s also the highest point in South Wales!

Suitable for beginner trekkers and expert trail runners alike, taking on TrekFest is by no means a walk in the park - it’s tough and will test you both physically and mentally, pushing your boundaries like never before. With the right training and preparation however, it is definitely achievable - as thousands of trekkers over the years will testify.

Camino de Santiago Trek

Global Adventure ChallengesJoin us on a classic Camino de Santiago experience – trekking the final 67km of the famous Camino Frances - the French Way. Starting in Palas de Rei, we begin our three-day trekking adventure along this popular pilgrimage route. We will trek through rolling green landscapes, traditional villages and picturesque woodlands on our way to Santiago, discovering local traditions and meeting fellow pilgrims along the way. Today the Camino is more than a pilgrimage, it is a remarkable journey and a unique experience. Our final destination is the magical Santiago Old Town, a wonderful UNESCO World Heritage site, home to the stunning Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela!

Global Adventure ChallengesFollow in the footsteps of the Roman legions on this fantastic weekend trekking challenge as we trek from Lanercost Priory to Brocolitia. Trekking 25 miles along the most remarkable Roman monument in the country, Hadrian’s Wall, our route encompasses breath-taking views and fascinating ruins with the picturesque Northumberland countryside providing stunning backdrops from start to finish. Join us and conquer the wall on this classic trekking challenge!

Jurassic Coast Challenge

  • Trek 30km along the stunning Jurassic Coastline.
  • Over 1,400m of ascent during the trek, more than the height of Ben Nevis.
  • Route includes the iconic location of Lulworth Cove.
  • Journey through a UNESCO World Heritage site

This tough one day challenge has you trekking 30 kilometres along the South West Coast Path. Whilst the distance alone would make this a tough challenge, the nature of the undulating terrain will have you ascending over 1,400m of ascent, greater than climbing to the summit of Ben Nevis, along the dramatic coastline of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

The trek begins in picturesque Lulworth Cove and you will head East along this geologically important stretch of coastline walking along rugged cliff tops, secluded bays and along the Kimmeridge Ledges. Each step is filled with reminders of why this area is a UNESCO World Heritage site as fossilised remains appear on surrounding rocks. the trek finishes back in Swanage.

This challenge runs over just one day, but with five peaks to tackle it’s certainly no walk in the park! Prepare for an exhausting but energising journey through the rugged and dramatic landscape of the Lake District, as you venture across 14 miles (22km) and tackle five of England’s most demanding peaks, including its highest – Scafell Pike. The group will climb to over 3,000 feet (900m), crossing crags and moorland past the Langdale Pikes towards Scafell.

London 10 Peaks

Discover ten of London’s often hidden peaks on this new distance challenge. Be part of a fun and supportive team to uncover some alternative UK ‘summits’ that are surprisingly close to home.

You will travel a good distance on the popular ‘London Loop’ footpath, journeying over a remarkable variety of terrain and uncovering a different side to London.
The trek will take you through beautiful woodland, thriving nature reserves and quieter spaces. Enjoy the unexpected views and chance encounters with local wildlife, such as green woodpeckers and muntjac deer. 

With a challenging 42km to conquer, this demanding trek will leave you with an immense sense of achievement knowing you have made a real difference to supporting the Ramblers.

Royal Parks Half Marathon

The stunning 13.1 mile route takes in the capital’s world-famous landmarks on closed roads, and four of London’s eight Royal Parks – Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens.
