Your complaint will be investigated and we'll send a response within 14 days. We'd hope to provide a full explanation at this point unless further investigation is required. We aim to give a full response to all complaints within 30 days.
We're committed to the Fundraising Promise. If you feel we've broken this promise and haven't answered your complaint, you can contact the Fundraising Regulator to take the matter further.
