Starting from Fareham, we will climb Portsdown Hill and enjoy amazing views of Portsmouth and the Solent. We will pass Fort Nelson and the real Nelson's Column. We will head towards Southwick and then follow the infant River Wallington through fields and woods back to Fareham.
Bring a packed lunch and refreshments.

Join us as we walk the Test Way in 4 stages. For Stage 1 we'll start from the northern end near Inkpen Beacon and we'll walk south following this long distance path. Stage 1 offers the potential for some good views from the start with a general downhill trajectory including some steepish descents. We'll pass through several villages en route to St Mary Bourne.Please meet at St Mary Bourne where we'll arrange some car sharing so we can take the fewest cars up the start.

A pleasant autumn walk from Braishfield village, taking in the local countryside to Michelmersh Church. Suitable as an introductory walk for new members with a reasonable level of fitness. There will be a short drink/snack stop half way around.
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Dogs will need to be kept on a lead some of the time due to local traffic and livestock.
Refreshments afterwards at the Wheatsheaf Inn, Braishfield.

A varied and undulating walk along stone covered paths, country lanes, fields and through Blackheath Forest. Parts of this walk use sections of The Fox Way, The Downs Link and The Pilgrims Way. Also along the walk are some great views, subject to decent weather conditions!
