If you are new to walking challenges, or not so confident at map-reading, this year we are offering a led walk option on the 10 mile route. You will be guided around the spectacular landscape by an experienced walk leader, leaving you free to enjoy the wonderful views. If you prefer, you can take this route self guided, challenging yourself with map reading and way-finding.
Starting off easy, you will be able to enjoy the scenic farmland along The Cambrian Way. Once you past The Arch / Y Bwa you enter the beautifully wild Ystwyth Forest and expect some steep climbs. Enjoy the vast moorlands of Devil’s Bridge, before a gentle climb with stunning views of Lyn From Goch whilst keeping a look out for Red Kites.
All routes will be fully marshalled and the event will be supported by Brecon Mountain Rescue Team.
