Starting off easy, you will be able to enjoy the scenic farmland along The Cambrian Way. Once you past The Arch / Y Bwa you enter the beautifully wild Ystwyth Forest and expect some steep climbs.
Following the Ystwyth River down the Cwm Ystwytch Valley you will be able to enjoy the stunning scenery of the fords, waterfalls and a bounty of wildlife. You'll continue trekking downwards through farmland for the last leg back to basecamp (Tynrhyd Retreat).
All routes will be fully marshalled and the event will be supported by Brecon Mountain Rescue Team.

Yes you can, but please keep your dog under control at all times. Please be mindful that the route includes numerous stiles, which your dog may need help getting over.
You'll need to navigate around the route using a map. The route will also be signposted and marshalled.
You'll received a full information pack on sign up. Packing your rucksack with food and drink, appropriate clothing and a personal first aid kit would be a good start. Don't forget your walking boots too.
