Stag Walkers Cheddar Gorge Weekend Away

Journey to the source of the world’s greatest cheese: Cheddar!
As well as a cheese, Cheddar is also a gorge, and a village – we shall be staying in or near the latter and walking around the former.

Thursday 4th
17:30 Gorge road walk - 3 miles - easy

You don’t need to be fully geared up for this short road walk. This is the opportunity to see the gorge from the bottom up, as far as the Cheddar Cliffs, before returning for dinner close to the mouth of the gorge. If time, we’ll go for a swift half at The White Hart before dinner.
