Programme: Invite leaders to offer walks on Tuesday / Thursday / Sunday format throughout September and October on a rolling basis one month at a time. Not expected to have a full programme. Viv to email all walk leaders to thank them for replying to the email regarding restarting walks.

Limiting numbers: Following discussion it was agreed to limit numbers to a maximum of 20 – leader & backmarker + 18 walkers.

Adverts: Advertise walks on GWEM (Ramblers website) including information on where to park, how to book and cancel, to avoid problems with no-shows.

Bookings: Walkers to contact the leader via email and provide their telephone number which the leader could use as a walk register. David Allard agreed to let David Marsh know of walks. Leaders to inform @Royston Ramblers email when fully booked so that this can be posted on the website.

Walk register: Electronic or paper copy to be retained for 21 days, then destroyed.

Risk assessment: Proforma provided by Ramblers and available on their website. Walk leaders to complete to comply with Government Covid-19 requirements. Must be retained for 12 months.

Communications to members about restart: Notice on GWEM and Facebook page and @Royston Ramblers to email all members for whom we have an email.
