Our Annual General Meeting is open to group Ramblers members and is when we receive updates and reports on what we have been up to during the year. It is also the time when our committee step down and we elect a new committee. As ever we are looking for new people to help on the committee as some of us have been in our current roles too long!
The roles up for election are: Chair, Secretary, Membership Secretary, Walks Co Ordinator, Social Sec and treasurer.
We will follow the AGM with our input night to pull together a new walks programme for the coming months. Please come along and share your ideas.
Advance notice: Walking shops vouchers up for grabs! At our spring input night we will be holding a raffle draw for walk leaders. The more walks you have led in this current programme, the more raffle tickets you will have in the draw. Prizes of walking shop vouchers! One walk= one entry ticket.
This event is also a social so everyone is welcome even if you don't feel comfortable offering a walk to lead at this time. If you would like to join us for tea in advance of the meeting then please email Helen to book a place using the email link on this page. We shall be eating at 6:30
