Join story walker Clare Reddaway to explore a selection of Bath’s green spaces. Clare will share hidden facts and freshly written fictions inspired by the paths and pavements we walk on every day. We’ll encounter labyrinths and musicians, steam trains and brass bands, and maybe a grumpy old lady leaning on a stick. Experience the colourful history and contemporary life of Bath with fresh new eyes.
Clare regularly leads popular story-walks. Her entertaining mixture of history and stories captures walkers’ imaginations: ‘Innovative’ and ‘An absolute joy!' We were entranced’ said participants. 'A magical way of storytelling.’
Today's walk will take approx 1¾ hours and is mainly on level ground, with two gentle slopes. The paths are occasionally uneven and could be wet, so please wear sensible footwear. Participants attend at their own risk. Suitable for ages 12 plus.
